The Construction Safety Management Report is an occupational health and safety assessment report in which NICE D&B evaluates construction subcontractors’ safety management capabilities based on submitted documents and assigns grades and scores.
Reflecting the Serious Accidents Punishment Act enforcement decree and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it officially assesses the criteria and response directions that small and medium construction subcontractors need to establish a safety management system. Results are issued in grades from SA1 to SA7. Since the Serious Accidents Punishment Act took effect, prime contractors have increasingly required Construction Safety Management Reports from subcontractors, making this assessment essential for winning and maintaining contracts.
